Meet Juha Roininen, our experienced member of the board and co-founder at Luxmet Oy. With over 20 years of experience in Outokumpu and SSAB and high-tech companies. With a strong understanding of high-tech products and services for high temperature processes. Juha holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Process Metallurgy from the University of Oulu.

Topias Kemiläinen, with over six years of experience at SSAB in Raahe, is a key member of our team. His hands-on experience in the steel industry and metallurgy sector brings valuable insights and expertise to our projects. Oskari Seppälä
Oskari Seppälä’s journey from university research to industry expert is interesting. With a background in the Materials and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Oulu since 2016. Oskari’s expertise in scientific programming and his enthusiasm for extending his knowledge to software development make him a versatile and valuable member of our team.

Mehrdad Mirzaei, with two master’s degrees in metallurgy and product management, brings a unique blend of skills to Luxmet Oy. Before joining our team, Mehrdad gained practical experience in various positions within the metal industry, giving him a deep understanding of production processes and sales dynamics.
