There are several different methods to measure the Electric Arc Furnace process. Some of them are continuously measuring the furnace in real-time and some are taking samples only occasionally. Some measure the indirect phenomena of the process and others measure the actual process itself. There are also multiple different reasons to measure the EAF process. Some of the methods are better for process control and some are used for quality control or other process practices.
